An audible distance sensor can be provided for all models  to offer quick and accurate positioning of your unit. This additional feature works by emitting an ultrasonic wave, providing a continuous tone when the unit is sited at the ideal distance from the vehicle. As a safety feature the unit will turn off automatically if the system is moved closer to the vehicle once the heating cycle has started.

Note: The distance sensor must be ordered with the system it can not be fitted later.

HeatLight have developed an optical temperature sensor to enable the user to have a permanent visual record of the target temperature, whilst drying is taking place. This state of the art sensor provides optimum control over your unit, providing an accurate panel temperature, to ensure total curing and the highest quality finish, without fear of over baking the heat sensitive substrates.

Note: The temperature system may be added to any model that has a distance sensor at the time of ordering.
