Each of
the quad heaters has a 750 watt heater giving excellent
heat and light output. The
total heat under the parasol is therefore 3000 watts.
Importantly this load can be managed by a standard 13
amp supply. This not only maximises the heat potential,
it also means that smaller commercial establishments
will not need to make changes to their existing
electricity supplies, representing a significant saving
in installation costs.
The
fitting has been designed to allow most 8 arm square
parasols to fold up with the fitting in position
Due to the open face technology and a special reflector, the
shortwave infrared heat radiated is much higher than if
the fitting had a glass front.
